DEPARTMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE (DAC): 6 Members

The EEE Department has constituted Department Advisory Committee to monitor/access all departmental activities and to obtain directions for improving the quality of programs offered. The composition consists of Head of the Department, one Senior Academician from University/other Institutions, one Industrial nominee, two senior faculty members.

The functions of the committee:

• Committee is empowered to define and modify department Vision, Mission Statements, PEOs, and PSOs with reference to feedback from stake holders
• Approve the curriculum gaps and submit report to University Board of Studies.
• To identify faculty adequacy and send report to faculty recruitment authority at the institution level.
• Approve department academic calendar and plan of action.
• Approve equipments/License software requirements and submit a report to Institutional level committee.
• To appraise the Publications of faculty/students under Research and Development (R&D).
• Report from Program Assessment committee (PAC).
• Analyze the results submitted by Time table & Result analysis committee (TRAC) for further remedial actions to be taken.
• The chairman has to submit the minutes to the Institutional advisory Committee and University Board of Studies for further approvals.

PROGRAM ASSESSMENT COMMITTEE (PAC): 6 Members

The EEE Department has constituted Program Assessment Committee (PAC) to monitor/access all departmental activities for improving the quality of programs offered. The composition consists of Head of the Department, one Program coordinator, one Industrial nominee, four senior faculty members and Alumni.                                                                                                

The functions of the committee:

• Collecting inputs from Stakeholders for defining Vision & Mission statements, PEOs     and PSO’s of the Department.
• Draft course outcomes, Program Outcomes and Program Specific Outcomes of the program.
• Attainments, deficiencies, curriculum gaps, recommendations, Arranging meetings with stakeholders, proper action plans for the improvement of the Program (COs, POs, PSOs) approve and continuously assess the reports received from other committees and faculty and submits a report to DAC.

ACADEMIC AUDIT COMMITTEE (AAC): 5 Members

The EEE Department has constituted Academic Audit Committee (AAC) to monitor/review curriculum, feedback from students and faculty and students development programs. The sub committees are class review committee (CRC), Project monitoring committee (PMC) and cultural committee (CC).

• Verification of quality of internal question papers.
• Analyze the reports from Time table & Result analysis committee and Student Interaction committee.
• Gets the report from all other internal committees and analyzes the reports.
• Submit a report to DAC/PAC.
