The Training and Placement Cell (T&P Cell) was established in the year 2013 with Mr. Ch Rajaniprashanth as Training and Placement Officer. It plays a pivotal role in counselling and guiding the students for their successful career placements. The Cell aims to provide continuous training, placement and internship opportunities to the students. It is also responsible for training all the students in different aspects like aptitude, soft skills and technical training which helps in placements. The T&P Cell is helpful in the placement of hundreds of students in many prestigious companies in the country. Faculty members from each department are co- opted as members of the Placement Cell. Students are exposed to working environments in various MNCs through industrial visits. They are also given information about the importance of internships and provided with opportunities. Seminars and informative sessions on higher education are organized.

1. Counseling for Higher studies
The Training & Placement Cell provides career counseling. Any student can contact the Career Guidance Cell to discuss their field of interests and analyze the possible career prospects. This enables the student in developing his/her career plan. The Cell organizes interactive sessions on career guidance from industry experts and professional trainers on a regular basis.

As a part of Pre-placement training and skill development, Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) is conducted right from the II year. The training is given on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical reasoning, Verbal Aptitude, Computer Fundamentals, Programming, Coding, Technical skills, Soft Skills, Interview Skills, Resume Preparation, Email Etiquette, Telephone Etiquette and technical skills. The college interacts with several leading companies and invites them to the campus for the placements of the students. The students are informed prior in hand about various placement drives and the requirements of the companies. Students prepare well by making use of the facilities provided by the college.
