The department of Computer Engineering (CME) was constituted in the year 2022 with an intake of 60 in Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) program. CME programme is a strongly recommended course which focuses on innovative technologies. CME is a multidisciplinary, problem-solving abilities course that teaches students how to use computational and computer science skills to solve real-time issues. The goal of the course is to educate the students on how to use technology, algorithm creation, and data interpretation to solve complicated problems intellectually. The curriculum focuses on the convergence of abilities in the key fields of technological know-how, commercial approach, and insight. Emphasis is also put on machine learning, big data analytics, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, and visualization approaches which help the students construct intelligent machines, software and software apps.
